About the role
CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support transit initiatives for the Department of Public Works & Transportation (DPW&T). This on‑site position in Largo, MD, requires strong analytical and communication skills to translate complex project data for executive audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and support transit program initiatives, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Analyze complex projects, monitor progress, and produce reports and dashboards.
- Maintain relationships with Metro stakeholders and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of experience as a Program Analyst.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (including Visual Basic for Applications, chart automation, dashboard creation).
- Microsoft Access database design, coding, and maintenance.
- SharePoint integration and document management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Experience with data processing and model analysis.
