Production Weekender

About the role

As a Production Weekender you will perform the same tasks as regular production employees, but on weekend shifts. The role includes operating high‑speed manufacturing equipment, driving fork trucks, cleaning, and monitoring performance data to keep the plant running efficiently over the weekend.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain plant safety standards.
• Perform process quality‑control checks using Six Sigma lean manufacturing methods.
• Monitor and operate high‑speed equipment.
• Drive fork trucks and load supplies into machinery.
• Record process data and adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Perform minor maintenance and industrial cleaning/sanitation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lb, and work in varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work varying weekend and holiday shifts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Prior production, warehousing, or related experience (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and continuous‑improvement experience (preferred).
