Production Operator – Springfield, MO

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Springfield, MO manufacturing plant. In this role you will operate and maintain equipment, assemble products, and ensure that production standards and safety protocols are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery on the production line.
• Load and unload materials to and from equipment.
• Monitor production and packaging processes to meet quality objectives.
• Perform data entry, record test results, and adjust processes as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Handle hazardous waste in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to share information and solve problems.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work second or third shift, or a 12‑hour night/rotating shift.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum one year of plant or manufacturing experience preferred.
