About the role
Join Nestlé USA’s production team to help load, inspect, and stack finished food products for a portfolio that reaches 97% of U.S. households. The role supports a clean, orderly department under the guidance of a Team Leader and contributes to delivering trusted brands to consumers.
Key responsibilities
- Palletize cases, transport finished goods to shipping using a pallet jack.
- Document QA reports and inspect all ingredients for quality.
- Inspect slicing and sauce‑making equipment before and after use.
- Feed sandwiches onto wrapper conveyor and carton machine.
- Maintain clean work areas, perform wash‑down of equipment, and manage waste removal.
- Record keeping, assist with training new personnel, and maintain weekly work schedules.
Required profile
- 3+ months food manufacturing experience in a Nestlé factory (preferred).
- Ability to work overtime in a fast‑paced environment.
- Working knowledge of operating computerized equipment.
