Production Coordinator (Tabletop Ceramic & Glassware)

About the role

The Production Coordinator acts as the central liaison between sales, design, and factory teams to ensure seamless execution of tabletop ceramic and glassware orders. This full‑time onsite position supports the end‑to‑end production process from sourcing to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing and track shipments from overseas factories to customers.
• Communicate daily with internal and external partners regarding production status and delivery timelines.
• Review design samples, relay feedback to factories, and follow up on missing or revised samples.
• Assist the head of production with sourcing, manufacturing, and final product preparation.
• Maintain weekly work‑in‑progress updates and report project status.
• Implement efficient tracking strategies and troubleshoot production challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics with at least 1 year of wholesale production experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2 years, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proactive, motivated, and trainable attitude.
• Strong relationship‑management abilities and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Mandarin speaking and writing proficiency is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using Envision software (preferred).
