Production Assembly Associate

About the role

You will be an IMPACT player on our team, bringing passion for growth and a drive to exceed customer expectations. As an Assembly Associate you will work on assembling grills and outdoor kitchen equipment in a fast‑moving, quality‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble various models of grills and outdoor kitchen equipment according to engineering instructions.
• Connect natural gas or propane manifolds, install lighter tubes, radiants and burner tubes.
• Read sales orders and custom requests to incorporate specific requirements.
• Perform performance testing and spot inspections of finished appliances.
• Support inventory control using Kanban and prepare products for safe transportation.

Required profile

• Product‑obsessed, enthusiastic and team‑oriented.
• Steady work history with at least three years in a production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods on concrete floors.
• Commitment to quality, safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.

Required skills

• Proficient use of power tools such as drill, saw, nail gun and staple gun.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
