Product Science Manager

About the role

As the Product Science Manager at Seek Now, you will establish and lead the Product Science function, ensuring product decisions are grounded in rigorous experimentation, advanced analysis, and AI tools. You will partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Design to build a culture of evidence‑based decision making and help teams leverage AI in their daily work.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver a roadmap of AI‑powered tools and workflows that support product discovery, prioritization, development, and insight generation.
• Own product usage analytics, generate recurring usage reports, and synthesize market and client trends using AI‑driven evaluation.
• Train and mentor product managers on AI literacy, experimentation best practices, and data‑driven product development.
• Lead a small team of Product Scientists and Analysts, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to shape the roadmap.
• Operationalize AI‑generated product collateral such as prototypes, PRDs, user stories, release notes, and documentation with human‑in‑the‑loop quality gates.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, Experimentation, or Product Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong background in A/B testing, causal inference, machine‑learning fundamentals, and data storytelling.
• Deep understanding of product development processes and how insights influence roadmaps.
