Product Marketing Senior Manager

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Product Marketing Senior Manager to lead U.S. product marketing for the Vault CRM Suite, the leading engagement platform for life‑sciences companies. You will partner with market strategy and product management to shape positioning, messaging, value propositions and go‑to‑market plans, including AI‑driven capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategic marketing plan covering customer retention, adoption and cross‑sell/upsell initiatives.
• Lead product launches, release marketing, sales enablement, customer advocacy and content strategy for Vault CRM Suite.
• Craft and distribute messaging across external channels, web properties and customer‑facing assets.
• Produce enablement tools and presentation decks for field sales and customer‑facing teams.
• Manage large‑scale customer conference agendas, product releases and advocacy programs.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B enterprise software product marketing experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to navigate matrixed organizations and align cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional narrative and writing skills to translate product concepts into clear customer messaging.
• Strong project‑management and operational execution with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
