Product Marketing Manager - TikTok Operations

About the role

The Creator team at TikTok is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end paid campaigns that drive awareness, perception, adoption, and usage of creator‑focused products. This highly executional role works closely with agencies, product managers, and the Global Creator Marketing team to translate product priorities into measurable marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on‑ and off‑platform (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) to achieve top‑of‑funnel and lower‑funnel goals.
• Write creative briefs, review scripts, and manage agency partners throughout execution.
• Monitor core performance metrics, adjust messaging, creative, and targeting based on data insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Communications, and Creator Marketing teams to align priorities and document learnings for future best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, performance marketing, or paid campaign execution.
• Proven track record running paid campaigns for tech platforms or creator products.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Comfort working with data, metrics, and performance insights to inform decisions.
