Product Marketing Manager

At Candid Health, we’re searching for a Product Marketing Manager to craft the narrative for Candid Health’s product roadmap and articulate the differentiated benefit we bring to our customers as a transformative autonomous revenue cycle automation platform. This role will work on highly impactful and visible outcomes, building something exciting and new in a customer‑centric, scalable, value‑driven, and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to understand GTM needs and lead end‑to‑end launch plans for new features, products, and integrations.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive product adoption, pipeline generation, and customer engagement, managing calendars and tracking performance metrics.
• Build the product marketing function from the ground up, establishing scalable programs such as tiered launch systems and regular market updates.
• Research industry best practices, market trends, and competitive insights to design positioning frameworks, value propositions, and messaging.
• Create high‑quality deliverables (pitch decks, battlecards, demo videos, one‑pagers, proposal templates) and develop customer lifecycle initiatives like advocacy, references, and case studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in dedicated Product Marketing roles within the enterprise B2B SaaS space.
• Proven track record of building and executing go‑to‑market strategies and launch plans for enterprise SaaS products.
• Strong ability to craft value‑based messaging, use‑case narratives, and competitive positioning.
• Excellent cross‑functional influence and a builder’s mindset with clear, concise communication skills.
