Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will drive product positioning, market penetration, and revenue growth for cutting‑edge semiconductor equipment. You will work cross‑functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to bring innovative products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Provides leadership to managers and professional staff, building effective marketing and cross‑functional teams.
• Develops comprehensive business and marketing plans, assesses market penetration, and defines product positioning to gain competitive advantage.
• Conducts competitive analysis and recommends investment decisions for new product development.
• Establishes pricing strategies that protect market leadership while enhancing profit margins.
• Partners with Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales to develop new products and communicate critical market needs.
• Manages field support to ensure synergistic account approaches and optimize opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in the semiconductor process domain is required.
• Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of technical and business environments.
• Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources.
• Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems.
• Influences internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
