Product Manager, Public Sector

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Product Manager to help government agencies integrate Claude, its AI system, into critical public‑sector workflows. You will work across civilian, state, local, and national security portfolios, shaping products that improve how public servants deliver services.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery with government teams to identify where Claude can add value and shape the product accordingly.
• Own product decisions for government models, offerings, and agency‑specific workflows.
• Identify government needs that can be generalized and feed them into Anthropic’s broader roadmap.
• Help Anthropic navigate government compliance regimes.
• Partner with cloud and integration partners to enable deployments.

Required profile

• Have shipped successful products end‑to‑end, with strong product judgment.
• Can point to a product that originated from observing users rather than a formal requirements document.
• Effective at getting things done through teams that don’t report to you.
• Self‑driven pace‑setter in fast‑moving environments.
• Rapidly built domain intuition in large, varied enterprises.
• U.S. person, meeting government agreement requirements.
