Product Manager – Power Semiconductor Components

About the role

Based in Roseville, California, the Product Manager for power semiconductor components will lead strategic product planning and long‑term development of Bosch’s Silicon Carbide portfolio in North America. The role connects regional market needs with global technology roadmaps to deliver competitive, profitable products across the full lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and translate North American customer and market requirements into product specifications, cost targets, priorities and timelines.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies, coordinating benchmark studies.
• Lead pre‑selling and market studies for high‑growth applications outside automotive, such as data centers, EV charging, energy storage and solar.
• Align the power semiconductor product roadmap with Bosch headquarters in Germany.
• Support regional sales teams during customer visits, discussing new products and application requirements.
• Drive product communication and promotion, including events, articles, trade fairs and roadshows.
• Prepare senior‑management materials and share market intelligence within North America.
• Lead strategic partnerships and cooperation activities in the region.
