Product Manager – Menu Business Operations

About the role

Starbucks is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of an integrated product lifecycle system for menu innovation. This role will create a single source of truth that connects planning, timelines, and decision‑making across product, finance, marketing, and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a centralized product lifecycle management platform.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders (Product, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to gather requirements, align priorities, and implement scalable solutions.
• Own portfolio management for seasonal and core menu initiatives, including calendaring, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to provide proactive visibility and governance of menu development.
• Continuously enhance the platform to meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Progressive experience in product management, business operations, or system implementation.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Experience building or managing enterprise tools/platforms such as product lifecycle or project portfolio management systems.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder‑management, and communication skills.
