Product Manager - Market Adoption

About the role

SailPoint, a leader in identity security for the modern enterprise, is hiring a Project Manager for Market Adoption within its Product organization. The role reports directly to the VP Market Adoption Product Management and acts as the voice of the product at major industry events, translating the technical roadmap into a compelling value proposition for customers and the market. It is a highly visible position combining strategic thinking, customer-facing advocacy and cross-functional leadership, and it is remote.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare briefings for the Customer Advisory Board and collaborate with Marketing on presentation strategy for analyst briefings, turning insights into an executive summary for product leadership.
• Train under the Business Operations Director (Chief of Staff to the CTO) and provide backup coverage when needed.
• Partner with the existing Analyst Relations team on upcoming milestones and co-lead initiatives such as a Customer Advisory Board meeting.
• Own the product strategy for analyst briefings, synthesize analyst feedback and market trends into a monthly summary, and present the product roadmap at industry events.
• Lead at least two major CPO-level programs independently within six months and propose new strategic initiatives to the CPO.

Required profile

• 3-4 years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst in a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) supporting tech/software clients, or 3-6 years in business operations, outbound product management, product marketing, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff or a similar customer-facing or analyst-relations role in enterprise/security/AI software.
• Proven experience leading executive-level programs with high visibility.
• Experience in the identity security market is a significant plus.
