Product Manager II – Apply Portfolio

About the role

The Product Manager II will own one or more product features within Elsevier Healthcare Education’s Apply Portfolio, guiding them from discovery through delivery, launch, adoption and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Own product workstream, including development plans, requirements, priorities and success measures.
• Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, planning, development, launch, adoption, measurement and iteration.
• Prioritize and communicate customer issues, defects and enhancement requests using data and impact analysis.
• Engage with customers, faculty, students and internal teams to gather market needs and translate them into clear requirements.
• Analyze product usage, adoption trends and operational data to generate insights and inform decisions.
• Incorporate AI‑driven capabilities into the product roadmap and use AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.
• Lead product demonstrations, support launch planning and provide enablement content for sales and customers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, implementation or customer success.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, data products or technology‑enabled services.
• Comfort working with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, analytics and software development workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering, design, sales and customer teams.
• Interest in building AI‑driven capabilities and using AI tools for product work.
• Ability to thrive in evolving priorities and ambiguous problem spaces.

What we offer

• Base salary range $95,300 – $158,800 per year (US).
• Eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.
