Product Manager - Gen AI Features

About the role

MyTime is a fully remote, fully integrated scheduling, payments and automated marketing platform used by large multi-location chains and franchises. This Product Manager role takes full ownership of specific areas of the product, from strategy to execution, and reports to the VP of Product Management. The position focuses on building new product capabilities that leverage Gen AI and LLM technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements and turn them into stories for design and development teams.
• Guide UX/UI design, define test cases, set acceptance criteria and work with engineering to deliver timely, defect-free launches.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success so customers are aware of upcoming changes.
• Define functional and technical requirements for new features and enhancements.
• Build and manage multi-release roadmaps aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, managing Epics and Stories.
• Analyze product performance and customer feedback, using data analytics to measure AI-powered features and guide improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B software product development or product management experience, with a track record of launching and managing features across multiple releases; startup and SaaS experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
• Proven ability to work with a fast-paced, agile-driven engineering team.
• Self-motivated, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
