Product Management Manager (Remote, US)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior Product Management Manager to lead the strategy and delivery of Finacle banking solutions for U.S. financial institutions. The role is fully remote within the United States and focuses on aligning product vision with customer needs, market opportunities, and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Finacle banking modules.
• Lead feature planning, sprint coordination, and cross‑functional execution with engineering, design, and sales teams.
• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product specifications.
• Develop business cases for product investments and ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and manage high‑performing product teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience in U.S. banking or banking software development.
• Proven track record delivering complex banking products across core banking, deposits, lending, and digital currencies.
• Strong understanding of U.S. banking regulations and market dynamics.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and engaging directly with customers.
• MBA in Finance, Marketing, or Systems preferred; any undergraduate degree accepted.
