Product Management Manager – MDES Localization

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead the localization of its Digital Enablement Service (MDES). The role will assess market‑specific requirements and coordinate the design and implementation of localized tokenization solutions for countries with domestic payment schemes and complex regulatory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the MDES product portfolio and related digital offerings.
• Apply Mastercard’s localization archetypes to identify market gaps and recommend reusable, market‑specific solutions.
• Partner with MDES product owners to define localization approaches that align with product strategy.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, privacy and regulatory experts to ensure solutions meet market requirements.
• Work with technical architects and development teams to translate requirements into scalable product capabilities and lead implementation.
• Communicate capabilities and limitations of base and localized MDES services to stakeholders.
• Create internal documentation capturing market requirements, solution decisions and implementation needs.
• Represent the product team during certification processes for launching localized solutions.

Required profile

• At least four years of relevant experience, including two years in product management or business analysis.
• Proven experience working with legal, compliance, regulatory and regional stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong project‑management, quantitative analysis and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
