Product Management Intern

About the role

The Product Management Intern will support HydraForce’s Service, Quality and Sales Engineering teams by analysing technical and commercial information, assessing market opportunities, and assisting with product‑related projects. This role offers exposure to hydraulic cartridge valve technology and cross‑functional collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse technical and commercial data to generate insights for product, market and manufacturing decisions.
• Conduct market assessments to identify current and potential applications by region, customer and industry.
• Perform cost analyses to support commercial competitiveness and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Review 3D models for fit and form assessments and provide feedback.
• Assist in project management activities, tracking progress against timelines and reporting status.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams to gather expertise and support project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Major in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Power BI knowledge (a plus).
• Experience with any 3D modeling software.
