About the role
The Common Solutions Service Business Unit seeks a recent Master’s graduate to lead technical programs that drive service readiness and growth for wafer‑fab equipment. You will work cross‑functionally to influence design for service, improve field productivity, and develop predictive‑maintenance tools.
Key responsibilities
- Drive service readiness across the product life‑cycle of wafer‑fab equipment.
- Review and approve internal and external documentation for legacy and new products.
- Manage service product roadmap releases, including training, spares readiness, and part repair.
- Lead design‑for‑install and design‑for‑service initiatives and continuous‑improvement programs.
- Identify and release predictive‑maintenance digital tools and special service tooling.
- Support field escalation processes and deliver field training and certification.
- Capture and disseminate Best Known Methods to enable service growth.
Required profile
- MS in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Controls, Data Analytics or related field (or BS + MS in Engineering Management).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, internships or research.
- Understanding of business and customer needs with a focus on continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Mechanical systems knowledge.
- Robotics and controls expertise.
- Data‑analytics proficiency.
- Experience with predictive‑maintenance digital tools.
- Familiarity with wafer‑fab equipment service processes.
