Product Industrialization Project Manager – Personal Health

About the role

The Product Industrialization Project Manager will lead the development, deployment and continuous improvement of processes, tools and equipment for Philips' Personal Health products. This role ensures predictable, reliable and efficient production throughout the product development lifecycle and new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and lead process development activities and CAPEX optimization for initial investments.
• Ensure adherence to processes for product introductions, qualifications and releases.
• Drive Design for Lean Manufacturing within PDLM processes and apply lean principles.
• Account for process requirements based on product specifications and manage design changes in factories and supplier sites.
• Oversee resources, planning, quality and cost (including CAPEX) for industrialization projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA 21 CFR Parts 800‑1299, ISO 13485) and quality management systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• US work authorization and residence within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
