About the role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Technology Solutions team. You will be involved in every step of the product design cycle, from discovery through developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead product design.
- Maintain design quality and ensure designs are accurately translated into code.
- Estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
- Participate in sketching sessions with non‑designers and create UI deliverables such as high‑fidelity prototypes and style guides.
- Drive data‑led design decisions by identifying assumptions and planning usability tests.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
