Product Designer (Legal AI Platform)

About the role

Eudia builds an AI-powered legal automation platform for Fortune 500 legal teams, backed by $105M in Series A funding. It is looking for a Product Designer to combine UX research and product design for legal intelligence products, helping enterprise users understand and use AI-powered technology through user-friendly designs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and refine design mock-ups and prototypes using tools such as Figma.
• Work with engineers and product managers so designs are technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Advocate for user-centric design throughout development.
• Develop and present product marketing materials summarizing research insights.
• Run regular customer interviews and time and motion studies with design partners to validate prototypes and understand user behavior.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights for intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Conduct UX research (surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests, 1:1 interviews) on lawyers' workflows when needed.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of UX design experience, preferably in technology or legal technology.
• Proven ability to deliver quality products in ambiguous, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered design expertise.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for AI, legal technology, transformation or disruptive service models.
• Relevant degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or similar.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Palo Alto office five days per week.

Required skills

• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch and Figma.
