About the role
Rogo is building AI‑powered tools for the world’s leading financial institutions. As a Product Designer you will shape core product experiences from problem framing to polished production.
Key responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end product experiences, including flows, prototypes, visual design and production polish.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Design, CEO/Co‑founder and engineers.
- Help establish Rogo’s design culture, standards and systems.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for solving difficult problems with design and product, demonstrated through side projects or prototypes.
- Strong attention to visual polish and detail.
- Ability to ship at high velocity and balance scrappy work with polish.
- Systems thinking and comfort working on open‑ended, platform‑scale problems.
Required skills
- Figma for prototyping.
- HTML and CSS.
- React (helpful but not required).
- TailwindCSS (helpful but not required).
- Use of AI tools for design exploration.
