Product Designer

About the role

The Product Designer will be involved in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery through developer handoff and user acceptance testing. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers and technical teams to ensure high‑quality design outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full product design cycle, from discovery to handoff and testing.
• Work with BAs, product managers and tech teams to lead product design initiatives.
• Maintain design quality and ensure translated code matches design specifications.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers.
• Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Make data‑driven design decisions by identifying assumptions, testing them each sprint, and coordinating moderated usability tests.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
• Background working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in daily workflow.
