Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our in‑house design team based in New York. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing.
• Work with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead product design and maintain design quality.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions involving non‑designers.
• Create, iterate and maintain UI deliverables including sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Ensure design choices are data‑led by identifying assumptions, testing each sprint and planning moderated usability test sessions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
• Experience using Sketch and InVision or Framer X.
• Previous experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in the design workflow.
