About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Yonkers, New York. You will be part of the Centre of Excellence in Tax Education, working on design and creative projects from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in every stage of the product design cycle, from discovery through developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to lead design initiatives and maintain design quality.
  • Estimate design tickets during sprint planning and create UI deliverables such as sketch files, style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct sketching sessions with non‑designers and plan moderated usability tests based on data‑driven assumptions.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
  • Proficiency with Sketch and either InVision or Framer X.
  • Experience working in an agile two‑week sprint environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow management.
