Product Designer – Enterprise SaaS Platform

About the role

Real Chemistry is building an enterprise platform for omnichannel orchestration in healthcare marketing. As a Product Designer you will define how the platform works and feels, turning complex workflows into intuitive, user‑friendly interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Own product design and user experience from early exploration through shipped interface and iteration.
• Maintain and evolve the design system as the platform grows.
• Work side‑by‑side with front‑end engineers to establish design‑to‑engineering best practices.
• Set a high bar for design quality, incorporating visual and interaction craft.
• Design AI feature interactions and help users understand and trust them.
• Partner with product management and engineering on problem definition, scope, and sequencing.
• Run research and usability sessions and translate findings into design decisions.

Required profile

• 4+ years designing B2B or enterprise software interfaces for workflow‑heavy products.
• Portfolio showing component libraries, data‑dense displays, and navigation patterns.
• Experience simplifying complex, data‑dense tasks.
• Technical fluency with front‑end concepts and modern design‑to‑code workflows.
• Experience designing AI and LLM‑driven features and building trust in the UI.
• Ability to break large ambiguous problems into shippable pieces.
• Strong commitment to inclusive design and accessibility standards.
