Product Designer – AI Technology

About the role

We are looking for a Product Designer to shape user experiences for AI‑powered products and services. You will work closely with product, engineering, research and data teams to translate customer needs into effective design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design user experiences, journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes for AI‑driven features across relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers and data specialists to develop and deliver design solutions that are feasible and high‑quality.
• Explore how AI capabilities can create intuitive, useful and trustworthy experiences, including clear communication of system capabilities and limitations.
• Use usability testing, customer feedback and product data to evaluate and improve designs, contributing to design systems and guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional experience in product, UX or interaction design, preferably within technology or digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design thinking, interaction design and visual design skills.
• Ability to understand user needs, translate them into practical design solutions and manage competing priorities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and detailed interface designs.
• Understanding of usability principles, accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with prototyping, design and collaboration tools.
• Awareness of responsible AI, privacy or relevant regulatory considerations is a plus.
