Product Analyst – Associate, US Equity Growth (Asset Management)

About the role

The Analyst will join the US Equity Growth team within JPMorgan Chase Asset Management, supporting $350bn of growth‑focused strategies. You will partner closely with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to enhance research processes, portfolio construction, and risk management, while also exploring private‑investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to refine portfolio construction and risk‑management approaches.
• Work with research analysts to automate existing workflows and develop AI‑driven research methods for identifying high‑conviction growth stocks.
• Accelerate adoption of internal tools and large‑language‑model capabilities across the team.
• Assist Portfolio Managers in executing episodic private‑company investments.
• Interface with external data and technology providers to deploy new analytical tools.

Required profile

• Passion for the stock market, especially growth equities.
• Ability to leverage modern AI tools to speed up research and analysis.
• Superior analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong multitasking ability.
• Strong work ethic, drive to outperform, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn across disciplines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial modelling and statement analysis experience (useful but not mandatory).
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
