Procurement Specialist – Sales & Marketing

About the role

Join the Sales & Marketing Procurement team at LEGO Group and help streamline how the company sources media, creative, retail, events and other marketing services. You will work closely with internal partners to turn manual processes into efficient, AI‑enabled workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Support category management and sourcing operations through planning, coordination and follow‑up.
• Develop and maintain sourcing plan templates, rate cards, business continuity materials and shared resources.
• Organise and keep the procurement knowledge library up‑to‑date for easy access.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners to refresh BI dashboards and analytics for global categories.
• Provide administrative support for global sourcing projects, productivity reviews, buyer actions and learning agendas.

Required profile

• Experience in digital content marketing and understanding of consumer & retail marketing.
• Familiarity with consumer packaged goods is a plus.
• Ability to use large language model tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to automate manual tasks.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable interacting at all organisational levels.
• Proactive problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
