Process Specialist – Ad Certification (Austin, TX)

About the role

Infosys BPM is looking for a detail‑oriented Process Specialist to join its Ad Certification team in Austin, Texas. The role focuses on reviewing digital advertisements and associated URLs to ensure they meet platform policies and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate ads and linked content for policy compliance.
• Maintain high accuracy and consistency in moderation and certification processes.
• Identify, analyze, and escalate policy violations, sensitive content, and emerging trends.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing, report bugs and suggest enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across different time zones.
• Utilize internal tools to categorize and moderate content efficiently.
• Document and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support management in improving ad review processes and compliance controls.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related role such as ad review, content moderation, or digital advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret ambiguous content.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Awareness of current events, pop culture and online trends.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
