Process Coordinator

About the role

The Process Coordinator will manage all Industrial Fabrication custom power unit orders, acting as the primary contact for new order submissions, build‑center selection, commercial processing, and order entry. The role also supports credit management, project scheduling, and final costing for shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Process new order submittals, select build centers, and handle commercial order entry.
• Coordinate with SunSource credit to manage progressive payment orders and track payment status.
• Monitor and assist in project scheduling for the DDEL fabrication facility, updating the schedule with input from Process Leader, Expeditor, Purchasing and Credit personnel.
• Obtain necessary CAD drawings, create shop folders, and ensure all project documentation is complete.
• Generate final costing documents for review, obtain approval, and execute final order processing, including credit release and shipping coordination.
• Download and archive project photos to the engineering directory and provide backup for final inspections.
• Perform purchasing and Engineering Change Order duties when the Purchasing Associate is unavailable and maintain ISO calibration program compliance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of fluid power experience (preferred).
• Associate degree with a fluid power focus preferred but not required.
• Strong accountability, organizational understanding, problem‑solving, and planning skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Trend software.
