Print Shop Manager (Large-Format Production)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Print Shop Manager to lead our on‑site large‑format production team. The role ensures efficient workflow, high‑quality output, and excellent client service across all print operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with shop leadership to provide operational and administrative support.
• Organize and supervise the production workforce during regular and extended shifts.
• Monitor jobs, communicate instructions, proof approvals, and shipping details to production and graphics teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact for job specifications, print requirements, and production details.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and technology recommendations for large‑format equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in print production, large‑format or grand‑format printing.
• Demonstrated leadership supervising production teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
