Print Project Manager

About the role

ABC Imaging is looking for a detail‑oriented Print Project Manager to lead large‑format printing and visual communications projects for high‑end retail clients. The role covers the full project lifecycle from job setup through production, shipping, and final delivery, with training provided for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document job workflows and integrate them into production processes.
• Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, maintaining quality and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate packaging, shipping preparation, and logistics tracking for all deliverables.
• Identify and resolve production or scheduling challenges through effective problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in printing, media, or production environments is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel for project updates and communication.
