Principal Sourcing Manager - Enterprise & Supply Chain Services

About the role

The Principal Sourcing Manager acts as the on-site sourcing partner for the Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX Device Care Center, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Logistics and GREF. The role translates enterprise sourcing strategies into practical, site-level execution, strengthening supplier engagement, continuity of supply and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site sourcing partner, building relationships with stakeholders and suppliers and advising on supplier capacity, performance and risk
• Partner with teams to bring sourcing perspectives early in planning and decision-making
• Run sourcing processes from requirements definition through implementation and transition to BAU, working with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Facilities, Finance, Legal and GREF
• Support the implementation of contracts, catalogues and purchasing frameworks
• Promote consistent buying practices, provide tools and support for informed purchasing decisions, and encourage adoption of preferred sourcing channels
• Optimize the supplier landscape, deliver cost efficiencies and productivity improvements, and balance immediate opportunities with longer-term sourcing enhancements
• Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement, and share insights on spend, usage and supplier trends

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA/Master's a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement with end-to-end ownership (RFx through BAU)
• Experience in fast-paced operational, manufacturing or logistics environments
• Proven delivery of cost optimization, supplier consolidation and governed buying adoption
• Solid commercial, financial and contract acumen, able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
