Principal Product Manager – Performance Bicycles

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and launch of X‑LAB’s performance bicycle portfolio in the North American market. You will own the product vision from concept through market entry and ongoing iteration, working closely with engineering, design, marketing and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage X‑LAB product lines end‑to‑end, guiding the full lifecycle from concept through launch, delivery and iteration.
• Define product vision, roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy for multiple bicycle categories.
• Collect feedback from riders, dealers and service teams and collaborate with engineering and design to drive continuous product improvements.
• Partner with Marketing to translate technical advantages into compelling launch assets and training materials.
• Develop product documentation, including user manuals, assembly guides, technical specifications and FAQs.

Required profile

• Passionate about bicycles or vehicles and deeply familiar with the cycling market.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to balance short‑term deadlines and long‑term product strategy.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, able to align engineering, design, marketing and distribution teams.
• Customer‑focused and comfortable working under time constraints.
