Principal Product Manager – Forward Deployment

About the role

As a Principal Product Manager for Forward Deployment, you will own the platform layer that powers reusable services, configurability, and deployment patterns across regions and customers. You will work closely with white‑glove and customer‑facing teams to translate adoption insights into platform investments that accelerate deployment, increase stickiness, and enable scalable reuse.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive platform capabilities that enable multiple products, regions, and customer segments.
• Identify opportunities to transform market‑specific functionality into reusable, scalable platform services.
• Develop strategic frameworks that improve speed‑to‑market while maintaining a consistent global customer experience.
• Champion platform‑first thinking across product and engineering organizations.
• Engage directly with customers, strategic accounts, and implementation teams to translate workflow challenges into platform investments.
• Set value metrics for reuse and stickiness and own the outcomes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of product management experience with strong customer‑facing and technical depth.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Proven ability to define and execute platform strategy across multiple products, regions, or customer segments.
• Data‑driven decision‑making and strong commercial acumen.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and balancing experimentation with execution.
