Primary Technical Control Facility Lead

About the role

Competitive Range Solutions seeks an experienced Primary Technical Control Facility Lead to direct and manage the DoD Technical Control Facility. The role ensures continuous operation of critical communications and supports a multi-contractor government team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee 24x7x365 circuit restoration, fault isolation, and status reporting in line with DoD regulations.
• Manage the Technical Control Facility Service Desk, COMSEC integrity, and trouble ticket resolution.
• Perform network administration, transport equipment engineering, and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Lead Tier I and II maintenance support and manage encryption changeovers and destruction per DoD standards.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI clearance and at least five years managing cryptographic facilities.
• Proven experience in a DoD customer environment and supervising technical control staff.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; ITIL certification preferred.
