Pricing Architect

About the role

We are a fast‑moving AI‑native SaaS startup building a next‑generation pricing platform for B2B companies. As a Pricing Architect you will own customer engagements end‑to‑end, designing and deploying pricing models that deliver measurable commercial value while shaping our AI‑powered pricing engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own pricing engagements from discovery through live model deployment and ongoing optimization.
• Lead customer workshops, conduct market research and run stakeholder alignment sessions.
• Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting structures and monetisation logic tailored to each client.
• Act as a trusted pricing advisor to C‑level and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Partner with product and engineering to sharpen AI recommendations and prioritize tooling improvements.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy or revenue management, preferably from Tier‑1 strategy consulting or tech SaaS pricing roles.
• Deep expertise in segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting and willingness‑to‑pay methodologies.
• Proven track record leading end‑to‑end pricing engagements with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM tools in pricing or analytical work.
• Professional fluency in English.

What we offer

• Base salary $180,000–$220,000 per year.
