Prevailing Wage Concierge

About the role

The Prevailing Wage Concierge supports residents and prospects by providing information on local market resources and coordinating a range of on‑site services. This position ensures a welcoming environment in the leasing office and assists the community team with resident programs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for assistance.
• Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and follow up on service request callbacks.
• Maintain the guest suite schedule, oversee payment and cleanliness, and coordinate loading dock/elevator usage for move‑ins and move‑outs.
• Prepare clubhouse amenities each morning before the leasing office opens.
• Document package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and organizing resident activities and programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information on local restaurants, shops, delivery services, and concierge vendors.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
