About the role
We are seeking a hard‑working and passionate Prep and Service Cook to join the kitchen team at Bar Lunette and Paris Creperie. The role supports both the new French‑inspired bar food program and the high‑end crepe menu, working in a fast‑paced, creative environment in Brookline.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Execute bar‑food and crepe orders during service, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to food‑safety standards.
- Assist with menu development, including “Crepe of the Month” and bar‑menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen crew, stepping in on any task as needed.
Required profile
- Open mindset eager to learn and grow.
- Consistent quality of work and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for rotating morning prep shifts and evening service shifts, 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to complete a 2‑hour working interview with the chef.
Required skills
- Knife skills.
- Multitasking cookery abilities.
- Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification preferred).
