Premium Server - Coca-Cola Amphitheater

About the role

The Server position provides exceptional guest service in the Clubs, Suites or In-Seat environment at the Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham. The role works collectively and cooperatively with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure their satisfaction and give them personal service and attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with colleagues and other service departments, supporting the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable about other food, beverage and retail outlets in the stadium.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant.
• Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to move around with constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling.
• Read, speak and write English to communicate with guests.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to meet company service standards.
