About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in the Marketing and Operations functions of Merck's Swine and Aqua business units. You will support real projects, interact with internal teams and external suppliers, and develop core skills in organization, communication, coordination and process management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and track purchase orders (POs and non‑POs) and maintain Excel files for control and traceability.
• Communicate with suppliers to manage payments and deliveries, ensuring agreed timelines are met.
• Upload marketing materials to Veeva, monitor approval stages, and perform basic quality checks such as spelling and brand alignment.
• Produce basic digital content to support campaigns and events.
• Maintain and update tracking matrices and tools.
• Assist in the operational coordination of events, handling guest lists, databases, itineraries and compliance‑related activities.

Required profile

• Active student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Veterinary Medicine or Pharmacy.
