About the role

Join 3M’s Industrial Adhesives and Tape Division as a Portfolio Operations Division Manager, leading a team that drives material phase‑in/phase‑out, new material creation, and master data quality across the global portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio operations team supporting phase‑in/phase‑out material requests, new material creation, and extensions.
• Maintain master data quality through robust data‑governance practices.
• Consult with division and cross‑functional teams to set global portfolio change priorities and allocate resources.
• Manage multiple cross‑functional projects while training and developing direct reports.
• Collaborate with division and corporate teams to implement process and tool improvements that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
• Provide task‑level and project‑level guidance to ensure alignment with common objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (required).
• Minimum seven years of marketing or business operations experience in a private, public, government, or military setting.
• Experience leading teams in ERP deployments or Master Data applications (five years preferred).
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross‑functional projects and teams.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of delivering results in high‑pressure environments.
• Experience managing others.
