Portfolio Management Associate – CIB Lending

About the role

The SCIB Portfolio Management Associate supports US SCIB COO Lending Solutions by monitoring credit portfolios, preparing reviews, and ensuring accurate covenant and collateral tracking across a range of financing products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare drafts and analysis for quarterly and annual credit reviews, including borrower performance, financial trends, covenant compliance and risk commentary.
• Perform credit spreading, ratio and variance analysis using financial statements and internal systems.
• Track borrower reporting, financial and non‑financial covenants, collateral documents and insurance requirements, escalating exceptions as needed.
• Support amendment and waiver processes by coordinating with Transaction Management, Credit, Legal and Operations.
• Produce recurring portfolio reports, exception trackers and dashboards while assisting with internal controls, audits and regulatory requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in portfolio management, credit analysis, financial spreading or related lending functions.
• Strong analytical, organizational and written communication abilities.
