Porter – Part-time Restaurant Support

About the role

Be a part of the Anheuser‑Busch Brewery Experience at our Biergarten. As a Porter you will join the core restaurant team, helping ensure safe kitchen operations and working closely with line cooks and other staff.

Key responsibilities

• Receive food inventory and store it in dry storage, walk‑in coolers, or freezers, keeping storage areas organized.
• Sort, rinse and load dirty dishes, glasses, pots, pans and tableware into the dishwasher.
• Stack clean dishes and transport them to the line or store them once dry.
• Remove trash from all receptacles and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Assist the Executive Chef or Sous Chef with additional duties as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred.
