Infosys' Data and Analytics (DNA) unit is seeking a Platform Administration Lead to drive project delivery, client engagement, and technology innovation. This senior position will operate from Plano, TX, leading cross‑functional teams to transform data into actionable insights using advanced AI and analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency.
• Drive process improvement through product research, benchmarking, system configuration, and assessment of new technologies.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to secure successful outcomes.
• Develop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
• Plan resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development for team members.
• Lead scope changes, manage client requirements, and ensure proper estimation, approval, and contractual updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex technology projects, preferably in cloud or data‑engineering environments.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Excellent risk management and budgeting capabilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across business and technical groups.
