PIV General Clerk II – Credentialing Support

About the role

Crossroads Talent Solutions is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented PIV General Clerk II to provide on‑site credentialing and security administrative support for USCIS locations nationwide. This full‑time, on‑site position works the second shift and directly supports USCIS security operations under HSPD‑12.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, enroll, sponsor, revoke, recover and destroy DHS PIV cards and provide fingerprinting services.
• Process visitor badges, maintain visitor logs and manage access‑control systems.
• Perform daily DHS Credentialing Facility opening/closing procedures and track inventory of cards and supplies.
• Monitor security‑related email inboxes, assist Regional Security Chiefs and prepare reports, spreadsheets and administrative documents.
• Support audits, annual inventory reviews and OSI program improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with required clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three of the last five years residing in the United States.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality and ability to handle sensitive PII.
